Telenor, one of the largest mobile operators in Bulgaria, began as the very first communications services provider in the region with a goal to become the country’s preferred provider of telecommunication services. Telenor currently serves 4 million customers through a network of 230 outlets. Its high-quality tech services and world-class customer service is supported by a sophisticated infrastructure.
Telenor asked us to provide a solution that would protect their high-theft display merchandise and ensure the overall security of in-store products and store facilities. We installed an efficient and effective retail security system for their high-end brands along with ‘cord alarm’ and ‘stand-alone’ protection devices throughout the company’s extensive network.
In response to Telenor’s desire to safeguard its products and stores from theft and/or illegal entry, we installed advanced, high-tech security systems throughout its 80 stores and agreed on a project timeline to add 200 stores in the future. Within three months, using Langhong Hangzhou Technology (LHT) as our technology provider, all phones, laptops, tablets and smart watches on display in the 80 Telenor stores were fully protected.
