Pernod Ricard Hellas, a member of the Pernod Ricard Group, was established in Greece in 1990 and is one of the leaders in the Premium Spirits industry with a rich portfolio of top and ultra-premium brands.
The Customer aimed for an effective solution to showcase a variety of advertising messages and products at 30 retail sales points and liquor stores. The desired end-result was customer activation through activation messaging and brand loyalty.
Our collaboration started in October 2019. Our company of retail experts, provided and installed promo stands with advertising tablets for videos and offers at 30 retail sales points. We provided not only the advertising displays but also the integrated system that enabled promoting offers and building loyalty. Reaching the end-customer was achieved with product.me which offers exquisite potential for content management and social media promotion.
product.me is a cloud based central application which revolutionizes the way content is stored, distributed, and managed allowing the client to create functionality through an easy-to-use UI whilst keeping the need for maintenance to a minimum. With product.me, all devices are inter-connected showcasing the messaging calendar decided by the Client.
In terms of marketing effectiveness, the Customer achieved client activation, increased brand awareness, and enhanced customer experience. This campaign was also spread through social media by the Client. After the first successful year of implementation, Pernod Ricard Hellas decided to expand display advertising to 40 additional points of interest.
