The investment concerns the development of an integrated customer service system for retail stores, utilizing artificial intelligence and real-time data analysis tools. The system includes three core functionalities: automatic detection and management of customer needs (Call Me), employee evaluation and reward based on performance, and a unified internal communication system (Communication Module). The goal is to reduce customer loss, enhance staff efficiency, and provide immediate, personalized customer service.
